I admire the beauty of this land, and how you have embedded connection to it with complex meaning in every stroke, line, and dot of the cultural paintings from your community. It’s a language that speaks volumes of your sacred union with the land, the water, the skies, and the universe.
I pay heartfelt respect to the Elders and am committed to speaking up when I see injustice toward this community.
